How do you wake up in the morning?

When you wake up in the morning, do you consistently have something to look forward to or are you just waking up in the morning and shifting into auto-pilot for the day?

Better yet, how about the end of your day, before you go to sleep?

Is there anything you can find to be genuinely excited about or filled with joyous anticipation about the upcoming day?

Believe it or not…

The difference between a life that seems boring, useless and indifferent versus a life that is purposeful, creative and enthusiasm often, depends on what we choose to focus on and think about.

For instance, when you wake up in the morning and simply allow yourself to shift into auto-pilot, it’s easy to entertain feelings of dread and unease because you aren’t fully living in this moment now.

However, when you wake up in the morning and make an empowered decision to do something positive in your life.

That’s when you’ll find your entire life becoming more focused, optimistic and dynamic.

Now, no matter what your current life situation might be there are plenty of simple things you can incorporate into your life to look forward to.

You can thank God for blessing you with another day to live your life or you can go back to sleep and sleepwalk your way through life.
