    Yoga Foundations - Focuses on the essential basic postures of yoga. You will be guided through a variety of different sequenced poses that help begin to open the physical body as well as train the mind toward steady focus.

    Level 1-2 - Begins to create more intensity in your practice with longer holding of poses and exploing different variations of the standard yoga postures.

    Flow Yoga - In this Vinyasa Yoga class you will begin to create a dance between your breath and body movements. By incorporating the sun-salutation sequence, music and focus on the breath, this yoga practice will begin to create a heart-healthy space for you to explore the essential posture in a fluid, energizing experience.

    Gentle Yoga - In this slower paced class you will find yourself revitalizing the body, relaxing the mind, as well as increaing your energy and reducing stress.

    Hot Yoga - When you are ready to heat up the body and move rhythmically through the essential postures, then consider taking this class and enjoy the cathartic release of stale energy in the body.

    Kids Yoga - Designed specifically for boys and girls between the ages of 5-9. In this class, kids will learn fun ways to move gracefully, breathe smoothly and deeply, as well as developing their ability to sustain focus and concentration.

    Restorative Yoga - Allows you to enter into the yoga postures using an assortment of props including blankets, blocks, straps, walls, chairs and eye pillows. In these supported and passive yoga postures your body is able to naturally release and let go of long held tensions and stress.

    Yin Yoga - This is a more slower paced style of yoga that is practiced mainly on the floor and is characterized by deep stretching and postures that are held for several minutes.

    Yoga Breeze is the place for you. At least if you're close to Cave Creek. I live in the Desert Ridge area and it's a quick trip up Cave Creek Road to Yoga Breeze. I went for my first time and have to say it's a great space. It is a very relaxing studio, it's clean and the vibe is pretty cool.
