Core Strength Vinyasa – The signature style Vinyasa yoga class at Simplicity yoga that targets your core muscles to help you strengthen and cleanse your core muscles.
Stretch it Out – This is a 60 minute slow flowing Vinyasa classes that allows you to focus more on the stretching aspects of yoga instead of strength and stamina. If you are looking to wake-up and warm-up your entire body, then this class is for you.
Go With the Flow – This 60 minute flow yoga class focuses on building strength, stamina, flexibility and muscle tone. If you are looking for a moderate amount of intensity in your yoga class this this is for you.
Playing the Edge – If arm balances and inversions are your thing then this is a more advanced yoga class for you. As a matter of fact, if arm balances and inversions aren’t your thing and you want to spread your wings and fly then this class is for you as well. The pace of class can be quite intense, but modifications and alternate poses can be given at any time to accommodate your body and what it needs in the moment.
Holding On, Letting Go – This yoga class focuses on a specific area or body part each week to help increase your flexibility. Very similar to the Yin yoga style of classes
Kick Your Asana – This is an intense Vinyasa flow yoga class that features a variety of flowing yoga postures done with music playing in the background.
