Flow Yoga - This type of flow yoga class provides an active link between breath and movement as you move through sun salutations and a variety of different traditional asana postures that will help increase your muscle strength and stamina.

Basics- Primarily a basic yoga class designed for beginners yet still a great class for all yoga practitioners who wish to deepen their knowledge of the fundamental aspects of breath synchronization, yogic postures, and sequences.

Yin/Gong - In a Yin Yoga class you hold poses five-minutes which allows stretching to occur deep within the connective tissue, as this begins to the happens the energy channels of the body (meridians) begin to open as well. However, in a Yin Gong class you get all of the above with the addition of the Gong Vibration being played during class as well. This deep and constant vibration from the gong will help clear your chakras and energy channels in ways that will leave you feeling vibrant and alive.

Para/Anusara Blend - This transformative vinyasa yoga practice is dedicated to the yogic teaching of Para Yoga. What this means is more dynamic movement, longer holds, and advanced postures that are incorporated with engaging the bandhas and incorporating mudras. And as if that wasn't enough this yoga practice offers you the opportunity to enjoy various pranayama techniques and meditation practices that will awaken the supreme power of the subtle forces within you.

Ashtanga Inspired Flow - This dynamic flowing ashtanga flow yoga class focuses on energetic lines and vibrations of the subtle body. More importantly you will begin to learn how to harness and direct your prana in a way that brings vitality, lightness and steadiness to your practice.

What's more each class is designed to inspire you with ideas, quotations and stories behind the poses.

Restore and Unwind - No doubt about it, the weekly day-to-day grind can leave all of us with a lot of unwanted stress, tension, and stiffness. In this restorative Yoga class you will engage in twists, hip and heart openers, as well as gentle inversions, before finishing with a few deeply relaxing restorative poses.

Yin Yoga -This is a more meditative practice that utilizes deeply held yoga poses to release tension and stiffness in your back, hips, shoulders and legs; combined with slow movements that encourage opening and relaxation.
