Hot Yoga Classes in the Greater Phoenix Area

Once upon a time, when it came to Hot Yoga Studios there was only one name to be found and that name was Bikram. Yet, the more successful Bikram Yoga has become the more Hot Yoga in and of itself is becoming a recognizable practice as well.

As you probably have already begun to understand, Hot Yoga is performed a heated room so that you can perform a variety of different asanas.

The biggest difference between Hot Yoga and Bikram Yoga is that in Bikram Yoga there are a specific set of 26 yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises that are going to be performed and sequenced in the same way no matter which Bikram Yoga studio you go to.

However, when it comes to Hot Yoga studios in general you never really know what you are going to get although there are some Hot Yoga Studios that are beginning to create their own sequences as well.

Below you will discover the variety of different Hot Yoga Studios

Sumits Yoga Studios - One of the more common complaints in regards to Bikram Yoga is the fact that it doesn't have music playing in the background and the amount of time you hold each posture. And it appears that Sumits Yoga is filling in that gap as it is a mixture of the core principals of Bikram Yoga combined with Ashtanga postures and most importantly has vibrant music playing in the background.

It also appears as if Valley residents are loving it as well as there are already 5 Sumits Yoga spread throughout the Valley.
