Gentle/Restorative - A restorative yoga class that focuses on breathing, relaxation and gentle stretching. Perfect for all levels of Yoga students including beginners.
Beginner Yoga - These types of beginner Yoga Classes focus on the fundamental yoga poses, with an emphasis on alignment, breath, building core strength as well as increasing flexibility.
All Level Yoga - A variety of different yoga postures are taught in this class and each individual student is encouraged to participate at their own skill level. In addition inversions and backbends are introduced as well.
Vinyasa Flow - The yoga poses are linked together using the breath with each movement in order to create an asana sequence that increases the heart rate, improves flexibility as well as helping you enhance your lean muscle.
Prenatal Yoga - This prenatal yoga class uses gentle stretching, visualization, relaxation and breathing techniques to help guide you through your pregnancy and delivery.
Kundalini Yoga - Utilizes breath, postures, movement and one-pointed mental focus combined with the sounds of Mantra, Mudra and periods of rest. Kundalini Yoga classes help bring a greater sense of well-being and Happiness to your entire state of being.
Kids Yoga and Art - Fridays at 5:30 PM you can drop your kids off to enjoy some yoga and art as well.
