Floating Lotus Yoga Class Types
Level 1-2 Yoga - An intermediate yoga class that continues further work with yoga postures, physical alignment and movement with the breath.
Gentle Yoga - A soothing and deep stretch class that is more therapeutic in nature. You will also use props as you linger in floor poses that allow you to move at a slower pace so you can fully appreciate each posture.
Yoga for Beginners - Classes focus on the fundamentals of yoga including posture alignment, movement, and breath. A great class for first time yoga students.
Power Hour Yoga - A vigorous and intense series of challenging postures that link with the breath. This is truly an amazing workout!

The yoga studio itself is really nice, I've taken classes with three different yoga teachers and all three were good about accommodating different experience levels, correcting positions unobtrusively, asking about prior injuries, and offering alternative stretches.
