More than just a Yoga class, Dahn Yoga Chandler offers a simple and effective way for you to stretch and relax your whole body and mind.
While some yoga studios tell you that they are for everybody. Dahn Yoga is unique in the sense that all of their poses and exercises can be performed by all.
However, it is also important that you understand that Dahn Yoga is a Korean based system and doesn’t necessarily have the same postures or "yogic names" that you might have come to be familiar with in the more Ashtanga based tradition of yogic postures.

At a Dahn Yoga center each and every class is a "Dahn Yoga" class. Depending on the day of the week you show up and the energy of the class really determines what you can come to expect.
