Is it really possible to enter into a state of BEING LOVE simply by becoming more sensitive to the environment around you?
If you are anything like me then you may find yourself having the thought that being more sensitive is equal to being more fragile or emotionally unstable in some shape or form.
Let’s face it, we all have been around someone where we had to be a little more sensitive with our words or actions because they happened to be a little more "sensitive" than others.
However, the type of sensitivity that I am referring to in regards to a Pathway to BEING LOVE is both in develop a higher sensitivity in all of your senses as well as developing the kind of sensitivity you might find yourself experiencing when caring for a baby or infant.
In fact, here is the general definition of sensitivity…
Sensitivity – The state or quality of being sensitive; sensitiveness (sensitive – endowed with sensation; having perception through the senses. Having acute mental or emotional sensibility; aware of and responsive to the feelings of others.
Now, that you have a general understanding of what this pathway is all about go ahead and pull out your BEING LOVE notebook and write down the following on the top of a page…
"Times I have experienced an Increase in Sensitivity"
And as you begin to close your eyes and recall certain moments of your life when you were more sensitive to the environment, people, or situation before you in a positive way see if you can relive that experience fully in the moment now.
Perhaps it was the first time you took a new class in something that you really wanted to learn and you found yourself listening to each and every word of the teacher in a very focused and perceptive way.
Maybe, it was the experience of feeling the touch of a tender hand after a long and hard day of work and feeling all of the sensation of that touch spread throughout your entire body.
Then again, recall the experience of tasting your favorite meal again for the first time and notice how you became aware of the variety of different flavors that seemed to scream with excitement as they touched your palate.
Once you have finished exploring, reliving, and writing down all of the different experiences and situations in your life in which you were extremely sensitive to the moment in a positive way, you can breathe in and out of LOVE knowing that you have once again created and are willing to explore another Pathway to BEING LOVE.
Now that you are still in a lingering state of sensitivity you will be glad to know that the practice of Yoga Nidra is yet another empowering Pathway that you can utilize to find yourself in a State of BEING LOVE.
