Being Love - Embarking Upon a Journey to Pathways to Love > What it Really Takes to Live in a State of Being Love


Pretend you’re enjoying your favorite relaxing place as you sit in a comfortable position so that you can discover what it really takes to live in a state of BEING LOVE.

And now as you feel yourself relaxing into and as this moment allow the following quote to come in your awareness.

"Love is a product of habit." Lucretius

Just let yourself become deeply involved with each word you read as you let the truth behind Love is a product of habit sink in even deeper now.

No doubt about it, the more you LOVE the easier it becomes to live in a state of BEING LOVE more and more.

However, as you can imagine depending on where you are in this moment now plays a huge role in being able to cultivate and eventually find yourself in a practice of LOVE.

Starting now identify a time in your life when you were absolutely certain that you were in a state of BEING LOVE and let yourself go now.

And whether you were able to access that place of BEING LOVE now or found it rather difficult to find that state in a moment I am going to ask you to take 7 conscious breaths in and out.

Believe it or not, the state of BEING LOVE is actually connected to your breath and when you are consciously aware of your breathing in and out, no matter what else may be occurring you are breathing in and out of LOVE.

Now turn your attention to the sensations of your breath as you take 7 conscious breaths in and out in order to experience that state of BEING LOVE right now in this moment.

Of course, if after you take 7 deep conscious breaths you want to stay in a state of BEING LOVE even longer feel free to do so and simply enjoy your experience as long as you want.

As if that wasn’t enough, you will also be glad to know that even if you don’t want to believe that all it takes to enter into a state of BEING LOVE is breathing in and out, you don’t have to believe it even though you will be in that state every time you breathe.

Upon reading this, you more than likely realize that while breathing in and out on a conscious level will bring you many benefits including an experience of the state of BEING LOVE it still isn’t enough.
