Soon you will see that deep within you are heart you can feel safe and secure in knowing that those who you are fond and dear of are surrounded by and protected by that spirit of Love, Joy and Peace that is within us all now and forevermore.
Think about everything that you read and begin to sense how neither distance, death, or circumstances can separate you from the presence of God that is within you as the spirit of Love, Joy and Peace.
The effect of the following suggestions may be that you begin to lift your thoughts up towards the truth of the spirit of Love, Joy and Peace that is within you always and because of this you can find comfort even during times when you feel as if there is no one there to comfort you.
